DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Delivery takes 10–15 **business** days inside the States when selecting the basic $6.99 shipping method (USPS/FedEx). For customers whose package qualifies for the service like the FedEx 2-Day shipping method, the order must be placed before 1pm MDT to guarantee those delivery times. All orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day. (FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so unfortunately the 2-Day is not available for those shipping to a P.O. Box, we're sorry!) FedEx 2-Day does not deliver on weekends.
Orders placed after 1pm MDT on Fridays, and throughout the weekends, will be processed on Mondays. Please note that even if 2-Day or Overnight shipping is selected it will not be processed till the next business day.

For international orders please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over those and we are not responsible for those fees! 

Route has been implemented and integrated into all of our orders. This can be manually disabled at the time of checkout. If you're package becomes lost, stolen or damaged and if you have purchased Route protection, then claims can be filled through Route HERE

Undefined Nutrition is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims through the designated carriers. Undefined Nutrition is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS or FedEx.

*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

We realize that you make choices in your buying process and we want you to be happy with your purchase. We understand that returns/exchanges can be necessary and that we must meet reasonable expectations when these situations arise. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please allow us to assist you with your order. If you wish to make a return please contact us at cs.undefinednutrition@gmail.com to discuss the matter first before sending back your items. We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges. 

No returns or exchanges after 30 days. 

We do not accept opened supplements for returns or exchanges. All items must be unopened.

FAQs

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we do! Please reference the delivery/shipping info above, and feel free to reach us via our Contact page if you have any further questions. We currently do not ship to Germany, Italy, Spain, or the UK.

Q: Does shipping/handling cover cost of duties/customs for international shipments?

A: No, the duties/custom fees are the responsibility of the importer/customer and payment cannot be estimated by Undefined Nutrition, as the payment is decided by Customs and Border Protection upon arrival at the designated border. 

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?

A: It depends on the item, as we are unable to accept returns/exchanges on any opened supplements. Please reference our returns/exchanges information above.

Q: What size does Brian wear?

A: Brian wears a 5XL.

Q: Are the products kosher?

A: Not yet!

Q: Are the products peanut/tree nut free?

A: Yes! 

Q: How is the whey protein lactose intolerance friendly?

A: By utilizing the added enzyme lactase, assisting in the digestion of lactose.
